My daughter used this shuttle and was wonderful! Picked up at the airport on time! Drop her off at her sisters house, then after fish camp my daughter had to rush to take the 5:30 pm shuttle and they waited for her a couple minutes. Thanks! So much. Very pleased with the service

The place itself is hygienic and decorated nicely. They have snacks, outlets, water, and nice workers -- everything you want in a terminal for shuttles. The ride itself was good. It was a little bumpy but otherwise fine. I had an outlet and a comfortable seat, for me, since I have very long legs, my knees hit the back of the seat in front of me. But it wasn't a huge issue.

Comfortable vans, very clean and timely service. I use Ground Shuttle regularly because I work remote for a couple of weeks away at a time. Their schedule compliments mine well.

The shuttle from Houston to College station was quite spacious and the service was good. The return journey shuttle wasn’t the same though. The air conditioning wasn’t good and the space was less. However this was the 5:30pm last shuttle back to Houston and it was quite hot outside.

I'm traveling on them three times per month. So far, 100% reliable. The vans are mostly comfortable and the drivers are friendly. Continental/United was never this good. Well worth the money. Photo from 0545 departure from their terminal in College Station. ----- Update - Months later, they still haven't let me down. They remain reliable and friendly. Upping them to 5 stars.
